During the third quarter of 2023, the top five carpooling and ridesharing apps in Norway on the iOS platform showed varied performance in terms of downloads and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides valuable insights into the trends for each app.

Bolt: Request a Ride experienced a general decline in weekly downloads, starting at 5.8K in late June and ending at approximately 3.1K by the end of September. Active users also saw a decrease, moving from 13.5K in late June to around 10.7K by the end of the quarter.

Uber - Request a ride maintained a relatively stable number of weekly downloads, fluctuating between 4.7K and 2.7K. The app's active users showed a slight upward trend, starting at approximately 132.9K in late June and rising to around 140.2K by the end of September.

Yango: taxi, food, delivery saw its weekly downloads peak at 1K in late August but then experienced a significant drop to 399 by the end of September. Active users followed a similar pattern, peaking at 2.2K and then declining to approximately 1.5K by the end of the quarter.

Cabify had a modest number of downloads, starting at 299 in late June and ending at 127 by the end of September. The number of active users also declined from 615 in late June to 426 by the end of the quarter.

nabogo experienced a significant rise in weekly downloads, particularly in mid-September, jumping from single digits to 821 in the week of September 18. However, no data on active users was available for this app.
